Campus Map An interactive campus map is available from the university website. Buildings where MAALLT events are held are labeled on the above map with the following numbers: (79) Car Barn (45) McNeir Auditorium (29) White-Gravenor Hall (36) Copley Hall (63) Lauinger Library (27) Bunn Intercultural Communication Center Visitor Parking Street parking around campus is severely limited and strictly enforced by the DC police (MPD) and the DC Department of Public Works (DPW). Most streets require a Zone 2 residential permit issued by the District of Columbia for parking for longer than two hours. A limited number of metered spaces are available on Reservoir Road, 37th Street and Prospect Street. A limited number of daily parking spaces are available in the Southwest Garage and can be reached by entering campus from Canal Road. The daily rate is $15. *As parking is limited, public transportation to campus is highly recommended. Internet Access In the Intercultural Center (ICC) building, public computer terminals are available in the hallways of the first and second floors. Leavey Center has a few public terminals in the Sallinger Lounge outside the Uncommon Grounds coffee shop. Many computers are also available in Lauinger Library on the first and third floors. Access to the library requires ID such as a driver’s license or passport. The AirHoya Wireless Network is available in multiple locations around campus. Check the AirHoya locations listing for specific areas. On Campus Dining The following restaurants and coffee shops are located on campus. Restaurant Faculty Club Restaurant Hoyas Restaurant Cosi Coffee: Starbucks Uncommon Grounds Midnight MUG The Tombs (1226 36th St NW) ATM ATMs are available on the main campus. Two are located near the Center Grill in the Leavey Center. One is a Hoya Federal Credit Union ATM and the other is a Chevy Chase Bank ATM. Security and Safety While Georgetown is in general a safe area, Campus Security recommends that you not walk alone in unlighted areas at night.
